Hazardous Waste Transportation & Disposal Solutions
Pacific Oil Company provides hazardous and industrial waste transportation throughout California and select western states.
From waste profiling assistance and documentation to transportation and final recycling or disposal coordination, our team helps generators navigate the process efficiently and compliantly.
Helping Generators Navigate Hazardous Waste Management
Managing hazardous waste involves more than scheduling a truck. Proper management can require waste characterization, profiling, documentation, packaging, transportation and selection of an appropriate receiving facility.
Waste Characterization Assistance
We assist generators in evaluating process knowledge, SDS information, analytical data and other available information used to characterize waste streams.
Waste Profiling Assistance
We assist with preparation and submission of waste profiles to recycling, treatment and disposal facilities.
Hazardous Waste Transportation
Transportation of hazardous and industrial waste using appropriately permitted equipment and trained personnel.
Documentation Support
Assistance preparing manifests, shipping documents, labels and supporting transportation documentation.
Recycling & Recovery Coordination
We actively evaluate recycling, recovery and reuse opportunities where technically and commercially practical.
Treatment & Disposal Coordination
When recycling or recovery is not appropriate, we coordinate transportation to qualified treatment or disposal facilities.
Looking Beyond Disposal
Disposal is not automatically the best destination for every waste stream. Pacific Oil Company evaluates opportunities for recycling, recovery, reclamation and reuse before conventional disposal whenever practical.
Assistance From Initial Evaluation Through Facility Approval
Pacific Oil Company assists generators with collecting and organizing information that may be necessary to characterize and profile a waste stream.
The generator remains responsible for accurately identifying and characterizing its waste and for providing complete and accurate information regarding the waste stream. Pacific Oil Company's role is to assist and coordinate based upon the information provided.
From Information to Facility Approval
Using information supplied by the generator and other available documentation, we can assist in developing waste profiles and identifying potential recycling, treatment or disposal facilities.
Specialized Hazardous Waste Transportation
Transportation is at the core of Pacific Oil Company's operations. Our team coordinates equipment, documentation, routing and receiving-facility requirements for each shipment.
Based in California. Serving the Western United States.
California remains the primary focus of Pacific Oil Company's operations. We regularly support customers throughout Southern California and other areas of the state while also providing transportation and project services into neighboring western states.
Additional locations may be serviced depending upon the waste stream, project requirements, transportation routing and receiving facility.
Specialized Transportation Requires Specialized Authorization
Pacific Oil Company maintains applicable transportation registrations, permits, insurance and operating authorizations required for the services it provides.
Pacific Oil Company is authorized to perform applicable over-water transfers of oil products and oil-containing wastes under programs administered by the United States Coast Guard and California Department of Fish and Wildlife — Office of Spill Prevention and Response.
EPA ID, California Hazardous Waste Transporter Registration, CHP hazardous materials transportation credentials, USDOT / DOT HazMat registration, Coast Guard authorization, CDFW / OSPR, ADEQ and DTSC information should be populated with current verified identifiers before launch.
